Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing production processes, workflows, and resource allocation to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement optimized systems, layouts, and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), and value stream mapping.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and simulation modeling to forecast operational performance and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor process effectiveness, track improvements, and identify trends.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering teams to implement process changes and new technologies seamlessly.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and cost-benefit analyses to justify proposed changes and communicate the impact of implemented improvements to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, automation solutions, and software to enhance manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and coaching to operational staff on new processes, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or operations optimization roles within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proven expertise in applying Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable).
  • Proficiency in process mapping software, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel), and simulation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, develop innovative solutions, and drive their implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and contribute to multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision in data analysis and process design.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and optimize manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
