- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a significant focus on supply chain and logistics.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing retail operations and driving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
