- Analyze e-commerce data, including sales trends, website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, compelling descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify best practices and new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology providers.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is secure, compliant with relevant regulations, and performs optimally.
- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and online retail.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles for e-commerce is a plus.
