- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program development.
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theories.
- Experience with developing curricula for diverse audiences and learning contexts.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
