Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex M&A transactions from start to finish.
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, securities law, and related regulatory frameworks.
