- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and partners.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for critical business needs (though the role is primarily remote).
