The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, with a valid practicing license in Bahrain or eligibility for admission. A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, either in-house or at a reputable law firm, is required. Extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance is essential. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Arabic and English, are highly preferred. The ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload is necessary.
