Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Revenue Acceleration Executive with a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and revenue growth. Webtree Software Solutions, a dynamic software development and digital marketing company based in Mangalore, Bangalore, and Bahrain, specializes in delivering innovative IT solutions and digital marketing services to businesses.
Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients, pitch our digital marketing and software solutions, and convert leads into business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for continued business and referrals.
- Engage in tele-calling and on-premise client visits for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand and optimize campaign performance.
- Prepare and present business proposals and service presentations to clients.
- Manage CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and the competitive landscape.
- Participate in networking events, industry meet-ups, and webinars to represent Webtree Software Solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience with target achievement.
- Proven competence in lead generation, client acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth in digital marketing.
- Experience managing international clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data and identifying areas for improvement in the quality system and report outcomes to the Management.
- Establish Investigation Committees to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Devise a plan to recommend the appropriate corrective and preventive actions of business requirements.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, Master’s Degree (preferable).
EXPERIENCEMinimum Experience: 20 - 25 Years of working experience in hospitality, hotel, or catering.
SKILLSGood understanding of hospitality sectoral business, ecosystem, and its operating environment. Adequate knowledge of hospitality regulatory norms and procedures. Knowledge of and experience in strategic planning, new business development, acquisition and operation.

Overall, Role Purpose
As a member of the Regional Senior Management Team and the MEEG and Global HR ExCom, the VP of HR for MENA provides comprehensive strategic human resource leadership to DHL Express MENA to support business objectives and facilitate market growth strategies.

- Highly proficient in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Knowledge of organisational strategies and operational objectives: commercial awareness of the Express & Logistics industry.
