Role Overview
We are looking for a talented, organized Supply Chain coordinator to oversee the overall procurement process, from contacting vendors to building strong vendor relationships.
Main Responsibilities

MAIN MISSION
The mission of our Business Division (BD), Technology and Technical Support (T&TS), is to propose to our clients sustainable solutions, which are also efficient in terms of technologies / process, catalysts / adsorbents and services for the whole domains Axens is involved in (Oil & Biomass Hydroprocessing & conversion, Petrochemicals production & purification, Gas and Water Treatment, CO2 capture). In the Low Carbon Solutions & Gas Group (LCSG), we work on the design of basic or detailed engineering projects for our customers in the field of gas treatment, sulfur recovery and carbon capture.
The mission of the Dehydration & Purification Business Line is to provide our clients some purification solutions for refining, petrochemicals, water and gas treatment. This entity is made of a highly skilled team of engineers, who provide operators with technical support (simulations and technical proposal, sizing, loading and start-up, trouble shooting, follow-up assistance). We are preparing the energy transition by developing a complete offer around the gas conditioning including Natural Gas, Hydrogen, Syngas, Biogas and CO2 purification.
Based in our Bahrein office and assigned to the Dehydration & Purification team, under the responsibility of the Business Line Associate Director, your field of intervention will concern Adsorbents replacement and new projects with EPC companies. As Purification Technology Engineer, you draw up technical answers to tenders and you provide support to sales and marketing actions in your field of intervention for which you are one of the people who ensures our knowledge and expertise.
These missions are carried out in collaboration with the Sales Managers of the Commercial Division, as well as with other Axens entities: Process & Technical Services groups, Marketing, Business Development and Technology Development & Innovation.
Your assignment can involve short-term overseas travel.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Preparing technical proposals to answer to calls for bids. For this, you determine performances, operating conditions and technical guarantees.
- Providing technical support to the sales when defending technical proposals for customers and promote the products that you are in charge of through marketing actions: publications, presentations at conferences and seminars.
- Managing and maintaining regular technical relations with clients through performance reviews, technical visits, troubleshooting, etc.
- Participating in gathering, synthesizing and using data relative to products with feedbacks from the operational units that you monitor.
- Maintaining technical expertise and contributing to the development of the Business Line offering.
You validated advanced scientific studies such as chemical or general engineering, allowing you to develop competencies in catalysis and/or adsorption. You preferably have an initial experience in basic engineering design, or in operating industrial units, or in the field of refining, petrochemical, natural or industrial gas processing.
A good level of English is fundamental for this position.

- Support and lead engineering decisions on technical requirements, including civil structures, foundation designs, detailed drawings, load designs, free standing and multistory buildings, amongst others.
- Draft, review, and publish weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports on ongoing and potential projects, utilization all project management tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, project charters, inception documents, RFPs, Scope of Works/Services, schedules, resources, material, HSE adherence, site inspections, completion certifications, amongst others.
- Capable of independently managing multiple consultants and contractors providing projects or programmes geared towards a common goal, within the allocated time referenced in the business cases, and within the scope and quality expected from the organization based on international best practices and agreed standards.
- Capable of handling cross functional supports with other departments within the unit, including Mechanical and Electrical/Power engineering aligned with the industry practices of telecommunication.
- Integrating data driven approaches to their tasks, including the utilization of applications such as Power BI to showcase their project progress, with clear mechanisms of calculating all KPIs for their unit and management.
- Qualifications
- 5-10 years of work experience in the fields of civil engineering, with relevant experience in project management in all phases, including inception, planning, execution, operation and handover.
- BSc/BEng in civil engineering
- Firm understanding of civil engineering practices and limitations within the Kingdom of Bahrain
- Ability to draft high quality documentation and presentations that would be submitted to the Head or Director of the department with minimal intervention
- A high degree of presentation development and discussion to senior level management and decision makers.
- Open to learning new fields within the engineering spectrum, including mechanical and power, along with specialized future growth in the fields of Data Centers.

Registered Nurse – Dermatology & Aesthetic Care
A renowned aesthetic and dermatology institution in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a Registered Nurse licensed with the NHRA, with experience in dermatology, aesthetic care, and facial treatments.
This role is ideal for a clinically skilled nurse who also understands the importance of luxury service and patient experience, and is confident in both medical support and hands-on skincare procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dermatologists with skin assessments, minor procedures, and injectable treatments
- Prepare patients for dermatological and cosmetic procedures
- Perform facial treatments under medical supervision, including deep cleansing, post-procedure care, and skin maintenance protocols
- Support and assist with laser, PRP, and mesotherapy sessions in accordance with NHRA regulations
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product use
- Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of procedures and patient records
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control, and clinical safety
- Monitor patient responses and follow-up on clinical outcomes as needed
- Organize and manage dermatology supplies and treatment room readiness
- Uphold the institution’s commitment to excellence, discretion, and premium care
- Valid NHRA Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or medi-spa environments
- Skilled in basic facial treatments and skincare protocols
- Well-versed in outpatient dermatology workflows and aesthetic support procedures
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Bahrain or with valid authorization to work
