Job Description

Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Role Summary
Monitors and maintains inventory levels; processes warehouse orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records inventory movements, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
What's On Your Plate?
- Attend and record container shipment logs.
- Distribute/collect equipment to/from the riders.
- Register all inventory transactions in the inventory platform.
- Track inventory levels & place orders to cover inventory daily needs.
- Communicate with the warehouse & ensure that they are following all distribution/collection
- guidelines.
- Performs physical count of inventory
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
What Did We Order?
- High school diploma or Graduate Equivalency Degree
- At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Multitasking, working in a fast paced environment and hands-on ability to get the job done.
- Good time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Urdu is a must. Arabic is a
- plus.
- Adequate knowledge in Google Suite tools like Google Doc and Google Sheet
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- You are someone who looks forward to learning each day on the job.
