RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years' experience in xPay (Google and Apple) implementation with Mastercard
- 5 years cards product management optimization / commercialization
- Cards Product Management Xpay and Digital Wallets (Google and Apple Pay)
- Available in Bahrain
Help launch Apple and Google Pay wallets for their card. This role will be the key person responsible to design and execute this implementation.
TASKS
Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Confirm the Customers priority segment, card type, and channel for the prepaid card offering. The CVP features will be based on the Customers priority segments and card types.Review market dynamics and future trends with regards to digital card offerings for the proposed segments.
- Conduct an international and cross-sector best practice review, which comprises: Analyzing existing players' proposition, pricing, and customer journeys with key success drivers and supporting designing loyalty mechanisms for virtual card offerings.
- Tracking the planning activities which shall be conducted until the launch of the project.
- Project governance and progress reporting (including regular touch points, steering committee meetings, and step update meetings).
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of activities leading to launch of xPay (Google and Apple)
- Responding to requests from scheme, processors, and other stakeholders related to the launch of the card.
- Providing ideas and proposals about key activities to be undertaken by the Customer in the early months following the launch to maximize activation and usage of the newly acquired cards.
- Successful execution of activities related to the launch xPay Wallets
- Gross Dollar Value (GDV) post launch on Wallets
- Timeliness of planning activities.
- Effectiveness of project governance and progress reporting.
- Coordination efficiency with internal and external stakeholders.
