Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating individualized fitness plans and providing guidance and motivation to clients in order to help them achieve their fitness goals. You will conduct fitness assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Additionally, you will lead group fitness classes and educate clients on proper techniques and nutrition. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments for new clients
- Create personalized fitness plans based on client goals and abilities
- Provide guidance and motivation during one-on-one training sessions
- Lead group fitness classes with proper instruction and modifications
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and nutrition
