We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional experience in nannying, early childhood education, or a related field. A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related discipline is highly preferred. Essential qualifications include up-to-date certifications in CPR and First Aid, a background check clearance, and a genuine passion for child development. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal), and a proactive, problem-solving attitude are crucial.
