Job Purpose:-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arabic and French-speaking Account Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationship with major client accounts, one of the world’s leading chemical and phosphate producers, based in Morocco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving profitability and growth within major client accounts based in Morocco and French Speaking Africa region.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Manage and grow Yokogawa’s business with major client accounts across all sites and affiliates.
Achieve assigned sales turnover, net profit, and strategic account development targets.
Promote Yokogawa’s portfolio of Process Control Systems (DCS, ESD, SCADA), Digital Enterprise Solutions, and field instrumentation products.
Build strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders at major client accounts (engineering, operations, procurement, and executive levels).
Identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and lead the proposal process in coordination with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, engineering, legal, and finance).
Develop and maintain a strategic account plan for major client accounts with clearly defined goals, initiatives, and timelines.
Represent Yokogawa at client meetings, technical discussions, and industry events relevant to major client account’s business. Track and guide on the major client accounts development plans and direction.
Act as the main commercial point of contact for all contractual matters with major client accounts, in both new business and maintenance / support contracts for major client accounts sites.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support coordination.

Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation, Process Control, Chemical or equivalent.
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial automation, process control, or similar technical sales roles with minimum 5 years in account management with large scale industrial customers, preferably major client accounts.
- Strong understanding of chemical or phosphate industry processes is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in key account management and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
- Experience with global companies or multinational clients.
- Background in digital transformation or advanced process control projects.
- Familiarity with Yokogawa products and solutions is a strong advantage.

The Global Account Manager plays a crucial role in navigating the globalization of the travel industry by leveraging worldwide and regional networks. The position is dedicated to delivering customised global travel solutions and customer care.
In line with Gulf Air commercial policy, the Global Account Manager (GAM) shall elaborate, negotiate, implement, monitor, and manage global, regional or multinational agreements for large Travel Management Companies, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and Global Corporations to maximise revenue and increase market share whilst protecting the Cost of Sales and Margins.
Working collaboratively with his/her SMS and local sales colleagues from the scope countries, the GAM is responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and managing the commercial relationship with a portfolio of global, regional, or multinational accounts. The GAM is responsible for including existing local contracts into global contracting and offering smart Global Contracts. The GAM is also responsible for developing new sales by means of acquisition and further including local opportunities into existing global agreements.
Handling these contracts requires the GAM (working closely with their local sales colleagues) to collect and interpret comprehensive Gulf Air, Industry, and customer data, and to perform accurate and complex analysis of contract performance and customer loyalty.
Responsible for development and maintenance of Global Trade and Corporate clients’ contracts, including quarterly review with the clients, data reports, develop and execute account action plans, understand customer needs and satisfaction to maximize flown Revenue and Market Share.
Work closely together with the local sales teams in Bahrain and all international point-of-sales to manage the global corporate agreements and support/coach the teams in regard to Global Trade and Corporate sales.
Internal reporting includes weekly reports, monthly RFP status reports, and quarterly in-depth portfolio reports.
Developing and account managing global corporate deals:
- Offer Elaboration and Negotiation: Based on the Request for Proposal (RFP) data and on the analysis of competitive stakes and risks, the GAM proposes targets (market share and/or revenue) in line with the Annual GF Commercial Plan. Responsible for drawing the global proposal depending on the customer’s potential revenue on the proposed scope within the margins and guidelines set by the Sales and Pricing management. Supports or negotiates directly with the corporation and/or travel agent.
- Implementation: The GAM ensures that the fares are properly loaded by the owner department in all relevant systems. Ensures that the contract has been well deployed on the participating markets thanks to a clear and updated account plan and ticketing instructions sent to the account team.
- Contract Monitoring: The GAM is responsible for monitoring the results of the Global Accounts agreements. Implements and follows up on the sales and marketing plans for the portfolio. Ensures contract performance (revenue & market share) is in line with customer commitments and expected revenue per country. Communicates with the customer on a regular basis and when needed, must propose to SMS the necessary corrective actions (pricing, commercial tools).
Minimum of 2 years Account Management experience.

- Prepare required department reports and documentation including Monthly Account Management Reports, Relationship Plans, Client Day Account Review Plans, Executive Briefing Documents, Visit Summaries, etc.
- Manage client-facing account services projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction including independently developing, managing and owning overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables.
- Research and understand the client's business needs and challenges.
- Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and build trust and integrity.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal opportunities and customer representative regularly.
- Maintain accurate managed customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Collaborate with Presales/Technical Team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Maintain assigned internal & external KPI’s.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Understanding of product line's technical offering and synergies between other product lines.
- Demonstrate ability in problem solving, crafting a win-win solution (collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a timely basis) and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale.
- Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads by managing a territory and selling activities.
- Deep knowledge of markets where customers operate.
- Strong professional relationships with customers at all levels.
- Effective in pipeline and opportunity management process.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Expert in bidding, with a proven bidding track record.
- Proven record of successful negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any relative field of study.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales and key accounts management.
- Telecom experience is a plus.
