Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing based in Budaiya, Northern, BH , is looking for a talented Advanced Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge production lines, specializing in aerospace components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities will include operating and maintaining sophisticated machinery, performing routine equipment checks and calibrations, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality. You will play a key role in ensuring that all production activities adhere to stringent aerospace industry standards, including AS9100. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A background in mechatronics, industrial technology, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience with CAD/CAM software, CNC operation, or automation systems would be a significant advantage. While the primary work will be conducted at our facility in Budaiya, Northern, BH , some flexibility for hybrid work arrangements may be available for specific project-based or analytical tasks, subject to operational needs.
