- Design and develop state-of-the-art curriculum for AI and Machine Learning courses, covering topics such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Create engaging learning materials, including lectures, presentations, hands-on labs, coding assignments, projects, and assessments that cater to various learning styles.
- Ensure curriculum content is technically accurate, up-to-date with the latest industry advancements, and relevant to current job market needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, and instructional designers to review and enhance curriculum content.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to effectively measure student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt and revise existing curriculum based on student feedback, instructor input, and evolving industry standards.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of AI/ML educational programs.
- Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and teaching methodologies for AI/ML education.
- Develop supplementary materials, case studies, and real-world applications to enrich the learning experience.
- Ensure all curriculum adheres to institutional accreditation standards and best practices in instructional design.
- Deliver training sessions to instructors on new curriculum materials and teaching techniques.
- Participate in curriculum review committees and program evaluation processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in curriculum development.
- Document curriculum development processes and maintain version control of all materials.
- Create learning objectives that are measurable and aligned with program goals.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching in the field of AI/ML.
- In-depth knowledge of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proven ability to design and develop effective educational content and assessments.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
