- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the human services or healthcare sector, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role overseeing clinical operations.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, strategic planning, and financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of community care models, social determinants of health, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
