Our client, a highly respected creative agency, is looking for a talented and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual identity projects and contribute to a diverse range of client campaigns in Hidd, Muharraq, BH . This role is perfect for a designer with a strong portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and the latest design software.

- Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for a variety of media, including print, digital, web, and social media.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all client projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design logos, branding collateral, marketing materials, advertisements, infographics, and web/app interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, marketing teams, and clients to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Prepare design concepts by studying sketches, information, and sample layouts.
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout to meet the creative brief and project requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and support their creative development.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
- Ensure all final designs are print-ready or web-optimized as required.
- Manage the asset library and ensure proper file organization.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Develop creative strategies for branding and advertising campaigns.
- Work with printers and vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Experience in brand development and identity design is essential.
- Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX concepts is a plus.
- Ability to manage client relationships and feedback effectively.

- Design and oversee high-impact visual content across formats—digital, print, social, experiential, and video.
