We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Cash Management Products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SWIFT payments, collections, and liquidity management, virtual accounts & Host to host products. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our cash management product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of cash management processes and products to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications for cash management product enhancements.
- Utilize your expertise in SWIFT payments, collections, and liquidity management, virtual accounts & Host to Host to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements and timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that new features meet business needs and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, including training and documentation, to ensure smooth adoption of new features and products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cash management products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on cash management products.
- Expertise in SWIFT payments, collections, and liquidity management products and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

The Product Manager main responsibility is to develop, enhance, and support digital liability and wealth management products that meet the needs and expectations of customers while aligning with the organization's goals.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Identifying and working on setting up the full conventional and Islamic liability products that can contribute to achieving the bank's revenue targets.
- Develop and implement wealth management products that are tailored to the specific needs and risk tolerance of ila Customers.
- Build and manage Wealth management portfolio by offering a competitive solution that offers various investment vehicles such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and derivatives. While ensuring diversification, risk management, and potential returns to optimize portfolio performance.
- Own ila Bank Mobile App, this includes all related screens and functionalities across all products and services, to ensure smooth processes and fabulous customer experience to all ila users.
- Own the P&L of any Products that might be assigned by Head of Proposition as required.
- Introducing sales and acquisition campaigns that can support in achieving the product assigned targets.
- Work closely with the relevant Product manager throughout the entire UAT process.
- Conduct a post UAT session to Ila Senior management to present the new product App journey, highlighting all the new features that will be added because of this new App release, and how the customer can benefit from these features. (Impact on customers)
- Managing Products related enhancements and projects in collaboration with the relevant Product managers.
- Identify market trends, assess the feasibility of new products and services, and recommend a road map for continuous enhancements of existing products and implementation of new ideas.
- Conduct the necessary trainings to the relevant teams.
- Conduct regular product reviews, identify opportunities to increase Product profitability, and/ or enhance customer experience.
- Assist in launching Product campaigns that can enhance the product sales performance.
- Produce appropriate management information reports to perform periodic review of the performance and manage these within the expense budget while achieving the revenue targets
- Liaising with Customer Service to address/ handle any customer compliant/ incident.
- Managing and tracking the Product performance, submitting a frequent/ weekly update to Head of Proposition
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders in any new or existing projects and deliverables
**Areas of Knowledge, Qualification and Experience**
- 5-7 years of experience in the Retail Liability/ Wealth management Products or similar business line
- A Minimum of Bachelors degree
- Thorough knowledge of Liability and Wealth management products.
- In depth understanding of delivering a product or services end to end, this includes but not limited to writing a Business Requirement documents, change request, preparing test scenarios, conducting User acceptance testing (UAT), conducting Production testing, and reporting defects via Jira.
- In depth Portfolio management experience, this includes portfolio analysis to identify new revenue and, cross selling opportunities, retention technics mainly in the deposits and wealth management products.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Aware of and capable of understanding technology innovations
- Customer focused and delivery oriented.
