What you’ll be working on
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead full-stack marketing for Custom Macros, a personalized nutrition product built for athletes and performance-driven individuals. This is a cross-functional role for someone who lives and breathes fitness, understands athlete behavior, and knows how to bring a product to life from brand to conversion.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end marketing and community growth across all our active markets, including KSA, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain, while working closely with local marketing teams to bring strategies to life.
Main Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Product Messaging
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the plan, and create strategic partnerships.
- Define and refine messaging for key segments (e.g., lean bulkers, fat loss athletes, CrossFitters).
- Own positioning for every product tier: full control, semi-control, and snack variations.
Multi-Market Brand & Performance Campaigns
- Build and run 360 marketing campaigns across geographies, blending digital, offline activations, and influencer partnerships.
- Own the top funnel completely
- Work closely with local marketing& growth teams in each geography to activate campaigns, execute initiatives, and localize messaging.
Ideal candidate
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or brand strategy, ideally in fitness, health tech, or mobile-first products
Knowledge & Competency
- Deep understanding of fitness culture and athlete psychology
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives across teams and markets
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-border team environments
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
Personality
- Self-starter who thrives in 0-1, fast-moving environments
