Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG sector, is seeking an innovative and experienced FMCG Product Development Manager to lead the creation and launch of new products in Janabiyah, Northern, BH . This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding consumer trends and market demands. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept generation and market research to formulation, testing, and final commercialization. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing innovative product concepts, overseeing formulation and sensory evaluation, and ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., contract manufacturers, ingredient suppliers) is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 6 years of progressive experience in product development within the FMCG industry. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills are required. A deep understanding of the FMCG market, consumer insights, and product innovation processes is critical. The ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, fostering collaboration between on-site teams and remote stakeholders, is important.
