Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product development, mechanical design, or R&D within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in advanced CAD modeling and simulation software (FEA, CFD).
  • Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication), and assembly techniques.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products from concept to market.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
