Location : Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, on an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, with architecture that blends a beach holiday and urban getaway.

Role : Food & Beverage Assistant Server. The Assistant Server provides exceptional quality and service to Lobby guests. You will serve guest needs by assisting the Lounge Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests.

• Clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock service stations with chairs, linens, chinaware, glassware, silverware, and paper goods for service.
• Breakdown, clean and set up stations and back-of-house areas.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Deliver food to guests.
• Assist servers in serving beverages.

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel is considered an asset.

The Food & Beverage Assistant Server provides exceptional quality and service to Lobby guests. In this role, you will assist the Lounge Server by serving guest needs, stocking supplies, clearing tables, and completing guest requests.

About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Server who will be responsible for assisting the Pool and Beach Server to stock supplies, clear tables and server the guest needs.

What You Will Do

• Set up and re-set all amenities, equipment, lounge beds and chairs throughout the pool areas.
• Engage guest by proactively greeting them and offering a choice of seating
• Assist guests that are requesting chair service with a chase lounge cover and pool towel
• Inform guests of pool policies and specific pool features
• Provide guests with complementary water and a menu
• Clear finished plate and glassware from tables and buss back to the correct kitchen throughout the day.
• Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands.
• Responsible for maintaining the pool and seating areas presentable, clean, orderly and ready for immediate use by new guests.
• Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively.
  
  

• Previous experience in similar position.
• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Must be flexible with schedule- Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills in English
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
• Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
• Swimming/life guard skills to assist a guest in distress.
• CPR/First Aid skills/certification is an advantage.
