Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation strategies for new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for various industrial machinery.

- Participate in capital project planning and execution for new equipment and automation upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in industrial automation engineering, including PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley).
- Proficiency with SCADA systems and HMI development.
- Experience with robotics integration and programming.
- Strong understanding of electrical control systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Familiarity with industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Use knowledge of automation processes to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and process errors and recommend solutions by applying a wide variety of existing techniques, processes, and procedures
- Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational performance and reduction of planned and unplanned maintenance
