Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage their extensive automotive fleet operations in Budaiya, Northern, BH . This critical role involves overseeing the day-to-day movement and maintenance of a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring maximum efficiency and adherence to strict timelines. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating routes for delivery and service vehicles, optimizing vehicle allocation based on demand and driver availability, and liaising with maintenance teams to schedule regular servicing and repairs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing fuel consumption, monitoring vehicle mileage, and implementing cost-saving strategies for fleet operations.
Key duties will encompass maintaining accurate records of vehicle status, driver logs, and delivery confirmations. You will be expected to develop and implement robust inventory management systems for spare parts and supplies.
