- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO standards, aviation law, and air traffic control procedures.
- Experience with modern air traffic management systems and technologies.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
