Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of comprehensive Safety Management Systems in accordance with international aviation standards (e.g., ICAO Annex 19, EASA, FAA).
- Develop and manage safety risk assessments, hazard identification processes, and the development of mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the safety reporting system, ensuring timely and accurate capture of safety data, and conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation safety, with a strong focus on the implementation and management of Safety Management Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO SARPs, EASA, FAA regulations, and other relevant aviation safety standards.
- Proven experience in conducting hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety assurance activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
