- Analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in warehouse layout, workflows, and equipment utilization.
- Developing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant warehouse environment.
- Managing vendor relationships for warehouse supplies and equipment.
- Implementing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
- Conducting regular performance reviews of warehouse operations and reporting key metrics to management.
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or have equivalent extensive professional experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management or operations is required. Proven expertise in WMS implementation and utilization is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
