  • Conduct trade studies and technology evaluations for avionics solutions.
  • Develop and implement robust testing and certification strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of avionics engineering processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in avionics systems engineering.
  • Proven experience leading complex aerospace projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of flight control systems, navigation, communication, and sensor technologies.
  • Expertise in aerospace certification processes and standards.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
  • Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
