You will be responsible for architecting software solutions, making key technical decisions, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. The Senior Software Development Lead will also collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to define project requirements, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluating their potential application, will be a key part of your role. You will also be involved in code reviews and performance tuning to ensure application efficiency and stability.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role, is essential. Proven expertise in full-stack development, including proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js, is required. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), and agile development methodologies is highly desirable. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is also important. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are critical.
