Key Responsibilities
- Take and deliver in-room dining orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all orders are presented beautifully and meet the high standards of Sofitel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area.
- Provide personalized, friendly service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about items on the menu.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
