The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven debt fund management, banking relations, and financial operations expertise. This role is critical in driving AVANA's mission to deliver exceptional value to our clients, investors, and stakeholders. The candidate will work very closely with CEO and will have the opportunity to take on a global role overseeing all offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and internal controls.
