This is a crucial role focused on nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 6 months to 5 years. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and a passion for creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities, supervising children, managing daily routines such as feeding, napping, and hygiene, and maintaining open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. The Senior Childcare Provider will also be responsible for documenting observations, assessing developmental milestones, and collaborating with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality care program. This role requires exceptional patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A strong understanding of child protection policies and emergency procedures is essential.
