Purpose of Job:The Clients Success Executive will develop solid relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales services and follow up with internal departments to complete tasks/projects successfully. This includes discussing client feedback with the concerned team and ensuring all modifications are made as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Collect & validate task/project information from the business team/clients and update the internal projects management system in coordination with all concerned departments.
- Coordinate with Studio, New Media, and Production managers to receive completed tasks and submit them to clients, following up for feedback and modifications until project completion.
- Support team members in serving clients professionally.
- Coordinate with the Business team for cost proposals and with the Finance team to issue invoices according to agreements.
- Maintain systematic and updated project information, coordinated with the Studio Manager.
- Build comprehensive project files with all necessary information, references, photos, texts, PDFs, links, etc.
- Solid experience working in creative agencies.
- Understanding of branding/graphic design fields.
- High customer service and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- To collect & validate the tasks/projects information received from business team/clients and to feed the internal projects management system with all the required information in coordination with all the concerned departments/sections of the company.
- To coordinate with the managers of the Studio/New Media/Production to receive the completed tasks/jobs/projects and submit to the clients and to follow-up with the clients to get feedback and modifications if required, until projects completion.
- To support the team members in serving the clients in the highest professional level.
- To coordinate with the Business team for any needed cost proposals, and with the Finance team to issue the due Invoices at the due courses according to the agreements with the clients.
- To insure all the information of the projects are kept in a systematic manner and updated frequently and coordinated properly with the Studio Manager.
- To build the project file with all the necessary information, references, photos, text, PDFs, links, etc
- Must have a solid experience working in creative agencies
- Must have a background & understanding of branding/graphic design field
- To have high customer service & communication skills
