- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to telecommunications systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications system administration.
- Hands-on experience with PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Cisco CallManager) and VoIP technologies.
- Proficiency in administering communication platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Five9) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP) relevant to telecommunications.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide user support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
