Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in assigned sections.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready and service runs smoothly.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
- Support operations across hot, cold, bakery, and pastry sections.
- Work as part of a team and support colleagues to achieve kitchen targets.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen (Bakery and/or International cuisine preferred).
- Minimum
2–3 years of experience
