Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Facilities Hygiene & Compliance to oversee and manage all aspects of sanitation, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities in the A'ali, Northern, BH area. This hybrid role requires a strategic leader who can balance on-site supervision with remote administrative and planning tasks. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing best-practice hygiene standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all occupants and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in facilities management, with a specialization in hygiene, sanitation, or environmental health. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. A proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategic plans, and ensure regulatory compliance is required. This role requires flexibility to work both on-site in A'ali, Northern, BH for operational oversight and remotely for planning, reporting, and administrative duties. A certification in a relevant field such as industrial hygiene or environmental health is a plus. You will play a critical role in maintaining a pristine and safe working environment, contributing directly to the well-being of our client's workforce and visitors.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs tailored to specific facility needs, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Sourcing and managing relationships with third-party cleaning and sanitation service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Developing and managing the departmental budget, including expenditure on supplies, equipment, and staffing.
- Investigating and resolving any hygiene-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cleaning technologies, sanitation methods, and relevant legislation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Health & Safety, to integrate hygiene protocols into overall facility management.
- Preparing detailed reports on hygiene performance, compliance status, and areas for improvement for senior management.
