Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will assist in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, inspecting work progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, as well as communicating with clients and other project stakeholders.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software’s Manage and monitor project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
- Supervise and lead construction crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control.
- Process and manage all change orders and variations to the original construction plans.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
