- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software’s Manage and monitor project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
- Supervise and lead construction crews, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Worked in A or B grade construction companies
- Knowledge of Technical, Financial & Administration is mandatory
- Valid driver's license
