Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple business locations, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of site managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial optimization and resource allocation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Implement and enforce best practices in areas such as quality control, safety, compliance, and customer service.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business plans, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between different operational sites and departments.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites or business units.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate large, diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, P&L responsibility, and cost control.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a significant asset.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant operational software and ERP systems.
- Experience in managing change initiatives and fostering organizational agility.
