- Demonstrated experience managing budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from conception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and financial management tools.
