A leading innovator in consumer electronics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to expand its market presence. This dynamic role, covering the Northern region including Budaiya, Northern, BH , will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with retail partners, demonstrating product value, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional support to existing accounts. Key responsibilities include conducting product training for retail staff, developing sales plans, attending trade shows and promotional events, and managing sales forecasts. You will work closely with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve overall company objectives. The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess a proven ability to close deals. A strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and effective presentation skills are essential. - Identify and acquire new retail partners and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide ongoing product training and support to retail staff to enhance sales knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions using CRM software, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the company and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to sales management.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a territory.
- A passion for consumer electronics and technology.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
