Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee SEO and content strategy for their growing brand. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Saar, Northern, BH location. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Your duties will include keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, content calendar management, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the marketing team, web development, and design departments to ensure cohesive campaign execution. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing principles, and various digital marketing channels. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and a proven track record of achieving measurable results in organic growth are essential. You should be adept at analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including content, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Manage and execute a content marketing calendar, ensuring high-quality, engaging content creation.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, providing regular reports on key metrics.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with web development teams for implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO alignment across all digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage external SEO agencies or freelancers as needed.
  • Contribute to website user experience improvements to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and test new strategies for content distribution and promotion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specialized focus on SEO and content strategy.
  • Proven success in driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, copywriting, and editorial best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Proficiency in analyzing website data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media) is a plus.
