- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by collaborating with accounting and other departments.
- Assist in the preparation of board materials and investor relations documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and corporate finance.
- Provide financial support and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, modeling, and data manipulation.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation methods.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
