Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, drafting and negotiating contracts, protecting intellectual property rights, and resolving disputes. The Corporate Lawyer will work closely with clients to provide strategic legal guidance and support to help their businesses thrive.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiation
