- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university; Master of Laws (LLM) is a plus.
- Admitted to practice law in Bahrain or a comparable jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, either in-house or with a reputable law firm.
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
