Our client, a global leader in aviation services, is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Remote Air Traffic Controller Training Specialist to develop and deliver cutting-edge training programs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your extensive ATC experience to shape the next generation of air traffic controllers. You will be responsible for designing curriculum, creating training materials, conducting virtual instruction, and assessing trainee performance. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Air Traffic Controller license and have a minimum of 7 years of operational experience in air traffic control. Significant experience in training or instructional roles within the aviation industry is highly desirable. A strong understanding of aviation safety principles and air traffic management systems is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective remote instruction and trainee engagement. You must be a self-disciplined, motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fully remote setting. Experience with instructional design software and virtual learning environments is a plus. Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update air traffic control training curriculum and materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and simulations.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to trainees to ensure competency.
