We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms in hospitality and real estate. You will own the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, ensuring our applications are not only functional but also visually compelling and user-friendly.
Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Insights
· Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
· Develop personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.
· Translate insights into design concepts and improvements.
UI/UX Design
· Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
· Establish and maintain a consistent design system and visual identity.
· Ensure accessibility and usability across all devices and platforms.
· Collaborate with developers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation.
Collaboration & Support
· Work closely with product, development, and business teams to align design with requirements.
· Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and feedback cycles.

Requirements
· Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong online portfolio.
· Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
· Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
· Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
· Experience with usability testing and gathering user feedback.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience in hospitality, real estate, or SaaS industries.

- Develop and maintain brand identity: Design, evolve, and govern the company's corporate branding and identity across all channels, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date brand guideline.
- Lead creative development: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact graphics, layouts, and creative assets for both digital and physical applications, including in-store displays, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Innovate with new technologies: Research and propose creative ideas and trends, including leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI, augmented reality (AR), and interactive content for future campaigns and projects.

- Manage digital campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, ensuring seamless, consistent messaging.
