As the Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the digital transformation and decarbonization of the Industrial sectors through KBC’s advanced simulation, analytics, and cloud-based technologies. Focused on the Middle East markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Driving robust business growth by aligning company objectives with customers strategies, through strong account plan management.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly), ensuring consistent business growth.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with at least 3x the target to support sustainable revenue.
- Balance technology and consulting sales in line with corporate sales mix objectives.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM data , including opportunity records and account plans, to support pipeline transparency and decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for existing clients, driving expansion and revenue retention.
- Coordinate internal resources to align solutions with client needs and reduce sales cycle length.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify, shape, and develop new client opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and client-specific literature.
- Engage senior stakeholders across existing accounts to identify new areas of value.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to inform client discussions and business development strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Process, Chemical Engineering, or relevant engineering fields.
- Proven success selling industrial software , ideally related to process simulation, energy management, and digitalization.
- Experience managing senior relationships within enterprise accounts.
- Relevant Middle Experience , including knowledge of cultural, economic, and legal differences across the region.
- Ability to translate technical offerings into high-level business outcomes.
- Skilled in long sales cycles , opportunity management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive and networked self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

JOB PURPOSESupports the HADCC with the oversight, inspection, and auditing program that is in place supplemented by appropriate documentation, record keeping, reporting, and coordination efforts to achieve compliance with the applicable local and international regulations for Aerodrome Certification.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Point of contact with the HADCC to ensure BIA Airfield infrastructure adheres to ICAO standards and BCAA CAR001 regulations fulfilling all BCAA Aerodrome Certification requirements. This includes comprehensive monitoring of all airsides works conducted by D&T/FM, contractors, and other relevant parties.
- Establish a robust system for documenting and reporting non-conformities or areas of concern to HADCC, ensuring immediate action is taken to address issues.
- Oversee the management of BCAA audit findings and facilitate the implementation of corrective action plans to achieve and maintain full compliance.
- Oversee the management of the Aerodrome Certification audit, including but not limited to preparation for and administration of the audit schedules (in coordination with the auditors), and development/follow-up on the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Serve as a primary coordinator with BCAA, D&T/FM and any relevant project managers and contractors to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient implementation of planned closures at the movement area, working closely under the direction of HADCC and in collaboration with the Airside Operations department.
- Conduct daily inspections of airside infrastructure, generating reports for HADCC that address pavement conditions, markings, lighting, signages and other observations that may impact aircraft safety or the airport's level of compliance.
- Ensures that all airside works comply with the requirements as stipulated in the Work Permit and in line with any relevant local and international regulations and established SOPs and Manuals; closely monitor the works conducted.
- Supports HADCC with the review of maintenance programs, schedules and procedures developed by D&T/FM and/or contractors to ensure optimal operational integrity and compliance.
- Develop and deliver a monthly report highlighting findings and observations related to infrastructure, including recommendations for corrective and preventive actions to HADCC.
- Actively participate in the investigation of airfield infrastructure non-conformances to establish root cause and lessons learned. Participate in the investigation of incidents or accidents where necessary.
- Monitor airside safety practices and conduct investigations into reported accidents and incidents to ensure continuous improvement in safety standards.
- Ensures that the handover and takeover process of airside areas meet acceptable infrastructure standards and compliances, with immediate reporting of deviations or unacceptable conditions for prompt action.
- Ensure that the VDGS is configured to meet the safety and operational requirements, in accordance with the aircraft allowance chart for each stand.
- Review and update the Aircraft Allowance Chart and ensure the content is accurate and in line with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the HADCC to conduct comprehensive studies on aircraft movement in the airfield using Pathplanner and AutoCAD software to ensure safe movement, parking, and operation of aircraft in line with the established safety, regulatory, and operational needs. Develops safety instructions and procedures for such activities where necessary.
- Work under the direction of HADCC to carry out a gap analysis to determine BAC's level of compliance against the aerodrome certificate requirements, including but not necessarily limited to BCAA CAR001, BCAA ANTR Vol 3 Part 19, ICAO Annex 14, and associated ICAO Docs.
- Assists with the review and update of the Aerodrome Manual to ensure compliance with BCAA CAR001 requirements.
- Assists with the review and update of the Safety Management System Manual to ensure compliance with BCAA CAR001 and ANTR Vol 3 Part 19 regulations.
- Review and develop safety and operational procedures, instructions, advisory circulars, and other related documents to ensure safe, compliant, and continuous operations.
- Assists Specialist Safety Training in ensuring that training on regulatory compliance (ICAO Annex 14, BCAA CAR001) appropriate to the job level and job description is delivered to Airside Operations and Aerodrome Safety personnel.
- Monitors the level of Airside Operations compliance with the inspection requirements.
- Supports with the change management and risk assessment process as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date company library for regulations and regularly monitor the BCAA website for any regulatory changes.
- Support HADCC with the review of aeronautical studies and other airside project documentation to ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 14 and associated documents, and BCAA CAR001.
- In coordination with D&T, and under the direction and guidance of HADCC, ensure the safeguarding of the aerodrome and local airspace environment, including in relation to planning applications and temporary obstructions or structures.
- Take part in the preparation of reports on the performance of Runway closures in relation to the scope of work to evaluate the acceptability of friction test levels, condition of ground marking, AGL, signage, and pavement.
- Assist in the development of audit programmes and designing checklists and questionnaires to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Supports with the effective implementation of the Safety Management System Manual, which includes safety promotion campaigns, inspections, oversight, auditing, investigations, risk management, etc.
Education / Qualifications
University degree in civil engineering, or equivalent qualification
ICAO/ACI certification in aerodrome compliance and safety, which may include (which may be obtained through a training program post recruitment):
