The Role: Creative Director

A Day in the Life
- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client objectives and bring bold, culture driven ideas to life.
- Concept Development: Lead the ideation and development of high impact campaigns across digital platforms, pushing creative boundaries while staying true to the brand voice.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their goals, present creative concepts, and translate strategic objectives into powerful visual and written storytelling.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee large-scale campaign rollouts, ensuring seamless integration across teams and maintaining creative excellence from concept to delivery.
- Brand Consistency: Safeguard brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring quality and cohesion in every creative output.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, creative technologies, and audience insights to keep KFM's creative direction fresh and forward-thinking.
- Project Management: Balance multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
