Requirements:
- Indian male candidates are preferred
- Candidates must handle MICU independently
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of critically ill patients
- Management of life-threatening conditions and organ support
- Performance of essential MICU procedures
- Leadership of multidisciplinary ICU teams
- Communication with families and ethical decision-making
- Involvement in education, research, and quality improvement

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to elderly residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting any significant changes to the medical team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care measures.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, promoting resident independence and dignity.
- Ensure adherence to all infection control policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for all residents.
- Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of each resident.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid nursing license in Bahrain.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting, with a focus on geriatric or elderly care.
- Proven experience in administering medications, wound care, and managing chronic conditions common in the elderly.
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to develop and execute care plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Certification in Geriatric Nursing (e.g., GNC) is a significant advantage.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.

A renowned aesthetic and dermatology institution in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a Registered Nurse licensed with the NHRA, with experience in dermatology, aesthetic care, and facial treatments.
This role is ideal for a clinically skilled nurse who also understands the importance of luxury service and patient experience, and is confident in both medical support and hands-on skincare procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dermatologists with skin assessments, minor procedures, and injectable treatments
- Prepare patients for dermatological and cosmetic procedures
- Perform facial treatments under medical supervision, including deep cleansing, post-procedure care, and skin maintenance protocols
- Support and assist with laser, PRP, and mesotherapy sessions in accordance with NHRA regulations
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product use
- Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of procedures and patient records
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control, and clinical safety
- Monitor patient responses and follow-up on clinical outcomes as needed
- Organize and manage dermatology supplies and treatment room readiness
