The Lead Choreographer will work closely with directors, costume designers, set designers, and lighting technicians to create a cohesive and impactful stage production. Your role will extend to collaborating with music composers and sound designers to synchronize movement with the auditory elements of a performance. You will also be tasked with scouting and selecting dancers for specific roles, providing them with constructive feedback, and fostering a creative and collaborative rehearsal environment. The ability to adapt choreography to different skill levels of dancers and to different stage configurations is essential. You will be expected to manage project timelines effectively, ensuring that choreography is developed and refined within the allocated rehearsal periods.

Responsibilities:
- Create original choreography for stage productions.
