The Impact You'll Have
We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive with regional expertise to expand our presence in the MENA region. This role combines technical knowledge of fintech/reg-tech solutions with cultural fluency and understanding of regional business practices. You'll be instrumental in building our presence in this dynamic market while working with innovative financial institutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead outbound and inbound sales within your region
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing
- Build relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and innovation teams in your accounts
- Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions
- Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (e.g., Travel Rule, VASPs)
- Represent Notabene at industry events, webinars, and local conferences
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
- 4-6 years of sales experience in fintech or reg-tech
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of MENA financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or other major MENA financial hub

- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
